This rustic plot consists of a terraced hill in a location between Benissa and Calpe. It was used as an orchard before and offers beautiful views to the sea and the Penon de Ifach over the lush greenery in the valley. Though in the midst of nature, it is only a ten minutes drive to either Calpe or Benissa town.There is water and electricity close by. In the zone there is underground water, so there exists also the option to drill for water. Though the plot is on its own, it is not isolated as there are other rustic houses in the neighbourhood.
